the coffee MAN
From the birthplace of coffee in Ethiopia to Seattle where the specialty coffee movement originated, The Coffee Man follows Sasa Sestic on his journey to become the 2015 World Barista Champion.
The film explores the world of specialty coffee, from farm to cup, through the eyes of Sasa, and investigates what makes this man unique within an industry full of exceptional individuals. But this is not just a story about coffee. It’s a human story, showing that no matter where you come from, or what your history is, with enough passion, persistence and determination, the little guy can always win!

Mustered courage - the future
923 plates... in case you're wondering, thats how many it took to make this film clip! Shot over two days at the Monster and Bear studio in Brunswick, this clip was a lot of fun to make (once we got past the brain straining thought processes to work out how to do it all in reverse and at half speed!).
We love the lads from Mustered Courage and love the way the clip has turned out, can't wait to make the next one with them, keep an eye out for it later in the year as we turn our attention to the first track from their album White Lies and Melodies: Leave This Life Behind.
In it's second year in 2015, the Pride Cup celebrates diversity and inclusion in sport for the lesbian, gay, transgender, bisexual and intersex (LGBTI) communities by tackling homophobia in Australian Rules Football. The event was born after Jason Ball came out as the first openly gay person playing Aussie Rules. What started out in 2014 as celebration match between traditional rivals Yarra Glen and Yarra Junction has turned into a strong symbol for inclusion in Australia’s favourite sport.
We were lucky enough to become a part of the team this year and document the event all the way from planning through to the education of the participating players and coaches and of course the fantastic event that was game day in Yarra Glen.
